The annual International Open Amateur Photography Contest is sponsored by Picture.com to encourage new artists and undiscovered talent to submit their work for consideration.
The winners are chosen from thousand of entries submitted based on unique perspective or artistic vision. Submitters are not required to purchase anything and are given special contributor’s pre-publication discount when they decide to purchase the publication to which their entries are included.
